Flash Player download site?

reputation. MD5 hashes/checksums. An excellent site for keeping many
of your apps safely up-to-date.

On the Flash site you can register for the redistributable providing you
meet their critea. Fill in the licence agreement form, click the link in the
e-mail they send, login then download the version you require; plugin; exe;
msi...
 
Once Flash has been mentioned perhaps someone knows where Flash macromedia
newsgroups moved to? There used to be two good groups - one on Flash in
general and the other one on Actionscript - on news.macromedia.com but since
Adobe took over I cannot find them

If you download the ZIP, there are three files inside in the Release folder.

http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/updaters/10/flash_player_update3_flash10.zip

Install Flash Player 10 ActiveX.exe (installs flash on Explorer)
Install Flash Player 10 Plugin.exe (installs flash on Firefox etc)
Flashplayer.exe (the standalone player).
