Flash Player 9

I had flash player v7 installed but on trying to upgrade to 9, I get the
error message advising I am using a restricted account and must rerun using
an administrator's account. Mine is an administrator's account in Windows XP
home and I've even tried to set up a brand new dummy account in case some of
my settings weren't right.
