Flash media

I am trying to view and play the flash media I inserted
but it does not seem to work. The flash media I chose is
a simple video file in RAM format.

Any suggestions on trouble shooting this?

Flash files usually has an extension of .swf
Real Audio usually has the extensions of .ram

How do I convert a picture or movie to swf so I can use
it as a flash?

You have to use a Flash application.

that means its a 'Real Media' file not a Macromedia Flash file.
