Flagging Journal Entries

Hi I wanted to be able to track phone calls in the Journal by Flagging them
(similar to emails).

The journal form does not give you the option of adding the flag button.

Is there an easy way to do this?

Journal and Note items don't support flags at all. Post items do but there's
no user interface for adding a flag to a post item.
