Flag Field in Outlook

I want to move the flag field in outlook to the beginning. How can I do that?
thanks in advance.
 
right click on the flag field (header) > customize current view > fields >
highlight the flag status on the right box and move it up.
 
Can you please provide instructions on how to disable quick flags in 2003?
