fixing my screen

I need help! I must have done something that changed the
size of my screen. I can only see my whole screen by
moving the arrow. I need to get my screen size back to
normal (so that I don't have to use my arrow to reach the
start key (at the botom left) or the icons at the top of
the screen)Any suggestions? Can i fix something back to a
default? I'm not that computer literate and I can't fix
this.

has the desktop screen reduced? or the size of the wole
window has reduced to a small box like structure?
Right click on a blank area of the taskbar and click "lock
the taskbar"
if reduced to a small box like str. simply increase thr
horizontal and vertical sizes by clicking the buttons
present at the bottom of the monitor.
