Fixing error 1904

Somebody reply my text preview and other text is grey. This is probably because I have error 1904. How do I fix error 1904, and tell me how to fix it.
 
Hello there,

You need to be a lot more specific regarding ERROR 1904 for example it can
indicate certain defects in Video Wave instalations to problems with DMA in
Win95.

Where do you get error 1904? What did you do that results in the error
being displayed etc etc. What operating suystem do you have and which
version of movie maker are you using?
