fixing browser size.

I have noticed that on some websites, The browser sizes are locked (Browser
can't be extended at all.) - I would like this effect more my own
site-in-the-making, and I've looked and looked but I can find anothing, Any
idea's?

Don't do it unless you have a VERY good reason. People don't usually
take kindly to other people hijacking their browser settings...
