Fixing a Runner error??

What is and how do I fix a "Runner Error" message reads "Invalid back web application id #7288971"

Sounds like something related to a web site? If yes, contact that web
site. If no, then what application where you running?
 
Hi,

Start/run msconfig, go to the startup tab and disable the line that loads
it. Backweb is an application frequently included with preinstalled
installations. It is not essential for normal operations.
