I am looking for a way to fix the Wallpaper to a win2000 workstation,
regardless of who log on to the workstation.
I am thinking about using vbscript in the startup folder. But most users
log on to the workstation are regular user, they don't have administrator
authority, so they cannot update the registry.
Thanks.

jw,
what i will suggest is to use vb scipt in the log-on
script from the server and refresh the profile to always
refresh the wallpaper to a default wallpaper.

Is the workstation part of a domain? If so you can use a Group Policy to set
the wallpaper.
