fixblast.exe stoping when scaning one mp3 file !

my pc was shuting down automatically when i try to connect
the server. I tried to run fixblat.exe but it is stoping
when it scan an mp3 file in shared folder. tried to
delete this file but there is no delete option when right
click this file (other files in this folder is normal). I
run macafee antivirus, & removal tool stinger but no virus
detected. I dont want to format my HDD because I have got
a lot of programes & data in it. Please help
 
I had a similar problem with my Toshiba laptop, and went
to the Toshiba product support website. There I typed in
my model and they had a bios update that only took a few
seconds to download and install. It fixed all of my
problems.
