Fitting a graphics card

Hey guys i have a msi A6205 laptop and i want to replace the graphics card with a nividia geforce. The laptop currently has a radeon hd 5470 with 1GB DDR3 VRAM i have a friend who can fit the graphics card for me so thats covered plz tell me if its possible!
 
looking at the Manual I would say, no! But then, I'm not sure if that is the right manual.

The graphics card is intergrated into the motherboard, therefor not interchangable.
