first time user

i have tried to send e-mails but can't seem to.
I have just purchased this computor and want to have my contacts from my old
computor transferred to this one. It said as a first time user they were
able to do that. can you please help me!!!!

Did you set up Windows Mail on the new computer just like
Outlook Express on the old computer? The same settings should work.
If you get an error message when you try to send, right-click on your
error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
