sending e-mail

since setting up web and walk with t-mobile, I can only send emails when tha
is attached. I was able to send emails before. I cant send you the
description of the 'fault' as it just says the t-mobile thingy isnt
attached(which it isnt). I have got the tiscali set up, as it does RECIEVE
e-mails with out the t-mobile attachment. I have been on the tiscali website,
and I seem to have it right. I have also been on m other computor to check
the settings are the same... any clues? cheers

You need to set up two separate accounts, then give each account
its own connection information: Tools, Accounts, select the account,
Properties, Connection, "Always connect to this account using..."
