First Problem WIN2K3

Ok this is a first problem.I cannot access Event viewer on Windows 2003
server from any machine.It says access denied.When i go to the Component
services My computer have a red sign on my computer.When i click on
COM+Application i receive this error.

An error occured while proccesing the last operation.
Error code 8004E00F - Com+ was unable to talk to MSDTC.

Remote registry service is running,COM+is running,MSDTC is running.

After i restart MSDTC i receive this events:

MSDTC 4437
The account that the MS DTC service is running under is invalid. This can
happen if the service account information has been changed using the
Services snap-in in Microsoft Management Console (MMC). MS DTC service will
continue to start. Please make sure that the MS DTC service account
information is updated using the Component Services Explorer.

And then MSDTC 4097



MS DTC started with the following settings:

Security Configuration (OFF = 0 and ON = 1):

Network Administration of Transactions = 0,

Network Clients = 0,

Distributed Transactions using Native MSDTC Protocol = 0,

Transaction Internet Protocol (TIP) = 0,

XA Transactions = 0

Strange thing is that i cannot event click with right click on properties on
MY computer in Component services to set security for this.

Try to configure the MSDTC service to start with the
NTAUTHORITY\NetworkService account

That works thanks.Butt i still cannot access Event Viewer remotely.What is
the problem?

Today i tried to install Veritas Back Exec 9.1 and i receive this event:

Msi Installer 11708
