Firewire: case connector to plug adaptor?

My mainboard has no firewire pins built into it. To compensate, I'm
using a USB2/Firewire PCI combo card which includes an internal jack
for a 6 pin 1394 plug.

Recently I acquired a case which has a front-panal firewire jack,
connected to 6 individual wires/plugs, intended to be connected to the
mainboard.

I'd like to connect the case's plugs to the PCI card. Is there such a
thing as an adaptor which accepts the 6 front-panal wires on one end,
and has a standard 6-pin plug on the other? If so, recommendations
for a place to purchase one?
