Hi,
What Firewall you are using,the best option is to contact the Software
website help and support and tell them about the problem,also you can
uninstall the the Anti-Virus software and reinstall it again,but be sure
there are no Scum infected your Computer,download the Stinger from McAfee or
do a online scan to your computer for both Viruses and Adwares.

hi sounds like you got some adware/ spyware going on.and maybe a bug or 2
first i would run your virus scanner in safe mode, then if nothing is found
go to norton or macafee site and do a scan there. then for adware/spyware
download microsofts new defender beta 2, spybot search and destroy, adaware
se, and run these on your system. then if all else fails you can go to
microsoft downloads and use the malicious spyware removal tool. hope this
