Firewall

Everytime I turn on my computer I have to go to security centre and enable
windows firewall. Why wont it just stay on.
 
When was the last time you did a really thorough check for virus's and
spyware, using multiple scanning engines?

There are vulnerabilities that will turn off the Windows fire, or at least
try to.
