Firewall

I downloaded Beta and now my firewall is not working. Can
anyone help me with this issue?

At a command prompt type:

netsh winsock reset

and hit enter
restart your computer.

I think it is hiding in start, all programs, accessories, but there's an
easier way:

start, run, cmd <enter>

i.e. click Start, click Run, type in cmd, and hit enter.

To exit from the command prompt window, type exit and hit enter.
