Firewall with SP2

I see that SP2 has removed the previous way of suspending the operation of
Windows Firewall.

What is the new way of suspending Windows XP's Firewall?

Thank you all.

First open secuity center.
Go down to bootom and click on firewall.
Firewall pops up and you say Turn OFF.

Secutiy center now has FW warning on with suggestions.
Click suggestions.
A screen pops up, say I will monitor, I have my own.
ok

Security center is happy and disappears.

But FW is stil running and the service is set to auto startup so,
go to services and select
ISC / Firewall.
Doulbe clcik.
change startup to disabled.
clcik stop.
clcik apply.

Now fw is off and will not startup next boot.

For some reason the Security Center does not actually turn off the FW. Might
be because it is a security issue. lol
So you have to do it your self at you own risk. Makes sense.

Where is this "services"? I can't find it.
Thank you
