Firewall service using 90% CPu

I have installed a new hard drive in a client and clean installed WinXP sp2.
Shortly afterwards, I had a svchost using 90% CPU. Diagnosed it to the WinXP
Firewall / ICS service. Is there any way of resolving this other than
switching it off. The problem does not occur on any other clinet in the
SBS2003R2 domain.
 
Fixed it. Windows Update wasn't allowed through the Windows Firewall so they
were fighting each other!
