Firewall - port 80

I've opened port 80 on my machine in the Firewall Exceptions list. I still
can't access this port still. When i do a netstat, port 80 isn't listed. What
do you think the problem is? Please advise. thanks

Does your ISP block port 80 from being used? Many do, as part of their
residential service agreement.
