Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing

After I installed and ran the MSSpyware Beta1, the XP
Firewall is not working. Automatic and manual attempts
to start the Firewall have not worked.

Messages say the Windows could not install
Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) Service.
Your help is appreciated.
