New user of the MS Firewall - When I clicked onto my ISP a warning sign came
up telling me Netsurfer was trying to connect. "Always block from this site"
was "recommended". I agreed - I blew it. Now I can't get my emails. Does
anyone know the secret to reversing this blunder?

Are you certain this was a firewall dialog? The firewall dialog has a button
for block but it doesn't have the concept of "from this site". That sounds
more of an IE or ISP software type of msg. If you're simply paraphrasing the
button and it really was a firewall dialog, then simply launch the firewall
control panel and select the exceptions tab. You should find an entry in the
list for Netsurfer, and all you need to do is check the box to enable the
program.

Go my computer> Control Panel find the Windows Firewall button...open
it...goto advanced and at the bottom go reset to default settings...that
should do it...if not on exceptions add your ISP to the list and if that
helps
