indeed the bookmarks in firefox and mozilla is just an html file....
so all you have to do is boomark that bookmark html page from within
opera...
lol ...
you go to that page with opera and click on a link... no other action
needed....

Opera has that built in
Bookmarks -> Manage Bookmarks -> File -> Import Netscape/Firefox bookmarks
