Syncronise IE favourites and Firefox bookmarks

Is there a utility (XP OS) that will allow me to nicely sync my IE
favourites and Firefox bookmarks?
Ideally I would like it to compare the titles and urls and if there is a
discrepancy in the title or url, let me choose which one to keep and which
one to discard.
Also syncing with say Opera would be nice as well.
Thanks very much.

While it may not be the exact answer to your query, it can solve your
problem. There are bookmark managers that you can use. These act as a
central point of all bookmarks and support all leading browsers. Rather
than have multiple copies of bookmarks, and worry about syncing them,
it is better to have a single storage area that allows access from any
browser. Google for free bookmark managers.

AM-Deadlink is worth a look in this respect.

There is a Firefox extension called Plain Old Favorites. Your IE favourites
appear in the top FF menu just as they do in IE and let you use these in FF.

Both browser could now use the same favourites. Would that work for you?
