When using ff and tb, is it possible for websites to
harvest my email address? Back when I used to use
netscape, I think I was able to block this. Is there anyway
to do this with ff and tb??

Firefox does not hold your email address unless a web site has a reason to
set it in a cookie. Web sites can only read cookies if they set them.

Apart from that I can think of no other way that Firefox/Thunderbird would
"leak" an email address, unless, of course, you posted it publicly
somewhere :)

Your email address, no. The address you're connecting from, of
course.

Firefox doesn't know your (e-mail address removed) address form (it knows your
12.34.56.78 address), and you only connect to your mail server (which
already knows that address), not web sites, with Thunderbird.

Which form do you want blocked and when using which program?
