firefox instead of IE

How can I use firefox instead of IE in the browser window of my Outlook
2003?
 
You can't. Plus Firefox isn't an ActiveX control which means it can't be
hosted easily like IE.

I think there was some third party attempt to make an ActiveX wrapper around
Firefox, but you still can't replace Outlook's reader with it.

In Outlook 2007, IE is no longer used to preview messages. Word is used to
render.
