"This device is basically a tiny camera mounted in a little box, no bigger than 2³ inches that takes a picture of your fingerprint. The little box is made up of the cream coloured outer casing, a Compaq logo, and a little silver window about one inch long and half an inch wide. Obviously, this is where you put your finger! The window lights up red when it needs your fingerprint."
