Finds but doesn't fix spyware

Hi all. MS AntiSpyware finds LookingFor, Agobot, and
IQsearch.DesktopAdware on my machine. It says it fixes
them, but in actuality does nothing... I've run the deep
scan in regular and safe modes, and have tried both
deleting and quarantining with no results. any ideas? My
desktop has been hijacked with the "Warning, you're in
danger" thing...

Ad-Aware SE Personal http://www.lavasoft.com/software/adaware/

Ditto for the "MyWay Speedbar" MSAS detects it,
quarantines it, allegedly removes it, but it self-
replicates next time I log-in, so apparently it's not
eliminating it.

Have you tried doing the removal step in safe mode?
