Someone tested my ports for over a month now. Can't trace who. Please help
me find the perpetraitor.

If it's tcp, then the appended whois shows which isp to contact. If it's
udp, there's no way to identify the originating ip, without logs all of
the way from your computer to theirs.

Could one do anything more then an abuse-report?

Usually reporting things like that is all you can do and in all
likelihood won't result in any action being taken. I'd just make sure
that none of the ports being scanned appear vulnerable to probes.
