Finding Duplicate Values

I need to find duplicate values within the same column. I see how to remove
duplicates, but that is not what I need to do. I want to find the
duplicates so that I can have those duplicate records corrected.

Found one solution myself: Conditional Formating.

I'm still interested in different solutions if there are any.
