finding duplicate file names

I am trying to publish my web back to my computer( I screwed some stuff up
since I last published, and don't know how to fix it!) and it says that I
have duplicate file names. I went through and deleted or changed the name of
some, but evidently not all.. Where else can I look or how can I find what
other files have duplicate names? I understand I can use this fpclean, but
only if frontpage is closed and it works only on what is already on my
computer, but I don't have the web copied back to my computer yet...

View > Reports > Files > All Files and then click on the bar at the top of
the Name field column to sort them by name.
