Finding duplicate cells across a whole spreadsheet

I'm looking at the class rosters for all 6 of my classes this semester at
UCF. I want to put all of the names in an excel spreadsheet and then find but
NOT remove any duplicated names so I can contact classmates that have more
than one class in common with me and work together with them. What's the
easiest way to do this?

you can use conditional formating option "Format only unique of duplicate
values"
chose your formatting and duplicates are identified.
