finding a file in the Recycled Bean

Two days ago I accidentally deleted a folder with an important file and
noticed it today only.
I am trying to find it in the recycled been.
It has not been emptied for two month now and contains a lot.
The Search does not seem to show the Recycled Been contents and I cannot
direct to it using the Search-->browse.

I tried to scan the Recycled Been manually but it keeps jumping back to the
top of the list

I do not want to resore the whole Recycled Been
How do I recover the file (or folder) in question?

Actually I moved the contents of the Recycled Bean into another folder and
still cannot find the file, though the files/folders deleted time ago are
still there. How come it is not there and is there a way I can recover it?

if it was large perhaps it has been totally removed, did you
get any warning after the deletion ?

If it was deleted it is there and it will only restore back
to whence it came

In my mind recycled beans only come back as gas
