FINDING 4 numbers ip address

Need help to convert my addresses in wab or
other e-mail address to a valid syntax. Receive
this PROBLEM: . is NOT valid ip address syntax. An ip address is 4
numbers separated by dots like 209.88.66.23.
98 2nd,IE6.and OE6 Thanks in advance
