find where the mouse is

once upon a time ... there was a small utility that helped to find
where the mouse is on the screen:
pushing the "alt" (or "ctrl" ? i don't remember) a series of enlarging
circles appeared around the mouse pointer.
I don't remember his name but I swear I used it on win XP
anyone can help me ?

Normally it is at

Cntrl Panel > Mouse > Pointer Options Tab

at the end of the screen the options is

"Show the location of the pointer when you
press Cntrl Key"
