Find & Replace at beginning of a line

I just inserted 417 quotation marks at the beginning of 417 lines by hand. Is
there any way to do this with Find & Replace? All the lines begin with
different characters and have puncuation:

1374.62,-0.381 needs to look like:
"1374.62","-0.381"

All the other quotes were easy, but I couldn't figure out the leading one.

Thanks,
CH

Just for fun, try it like this:
Find ^p
Replace with ^p"

I think that should work, unless you have other paragraph breaks that don't
need a quotation mark after them.

I hope this helps.

Super! I never put 2 and 2 together to realize that anything after the
paragraph mark must be the beginning of the next line. Thanks!
