Is it possible to edit the Find People application to show a username
column? I have user who needs to see Name and User Logon Name and I'm
trying to find a way to provide this person access to that information. Is
there a differnt application or permissions I need to provide in order for
this to happen.

Find People actually is a LDAP Server lookup function.

It will find people in a LDAP Server Directory Service Accounts added to to Outlook Express.
