Find out which process tries to access internet?

Hi,
I have Windows 2000 Professional, and I am curious how I can find
which application that tries to access the internet.
I have some application installed that constantly tries to access
internet.

(Looking at the Task Manager have not given any clues)

Use this software: Active Ports.

It's like netstat with the service.
BTW: On WinXP they added this capability.
