find customer emails from an email not sender,add to email group

Hello, i had my website set up to send me emails with customers sign up email
addresses, the problem is the address from is my website address and the
customers email address is in the email, i have 1000's of these to add to an
email group in outlook 2007, is there a way to do this all at once?
