Find cpu utilization

I have a web service that supports smart client updates. I need to expose a
service operation that will communicate the cpu utilization on the server to
the client. How can I find the cpu utilization on the server?

you can use perfomrance counters with .NET to get
CPU Utillization, search with google for examples, there
are lots of in the www . You should also read this:
