find all references to a cell

How can I find all the references to a particular cell in a spreadsheet? I
tried using the find command but then it won't find absolute refernces unless
you specifically code in the '$'.
 
There are no spreadsheets in Access databases.
This newsgroup is devoted to Microsoft Access databases.
You are much more likely to find an answer in a group
devoted to your subject. Perhaps an Excel group?
