Find Album Info

I have Windows XP SP2 and I have just downloaded Windows Media Player 10 but
I cannot get album info for some of my CD's. I am new to this game so I
might be doing something really stupid, anybody help?

The online database is far from complete. In those cases you can try
searching using the Find Album Info feature, or enter the information
manually.

I have clicked on the find album info but it tells me the page cannot be
displayed (just as thought the internet is not connected but it is), I think
I must have to change a setting somewhere but any ideas?

No, it works very erratically for me too.
