find a word document or have a list of all documents saved

I remember using some software listing all the documents ever opened in one
screen but word office outlook 7 only lists the 10 most recent docs.
I know I did something and cant remember the name of the doc or know where
it is.

Use the search function in Windows to search for documents containing text
you know to be in the file and/or search for all the documents you created
on a specific date or between dates.

Given that you mentioned Outlook - I take it that
