Final Movie Resolution

I have starting using MM recently by downloading some footage in the highest
setting allowed. However, when I am putting the movie together and veiwing
clips in the small viewing window all looks well, but if I enlarge the screen
to full size, the video content loses it high resolution to a much lower
quality and looks blurred/out of focus. This also transfers through to the
final DVD copy?

I have viewed the video content on my TV, direct from the camera, and the
quality is fine and as it should be.

Does anyone have any ideas why it seems to be losing it's quality through
the transfer process. I am using a Firewire/1394 cable.

Hi Sherlock
What setting did you use that you feel is the highest setting allowed?
If your final destination is to be a DVD then it is best to capture as a
DV-AVI.
