Final Mark up

As a company we edit papers together. When we put the file on our portal it
defaults to Show Final with Markups. Is there a way to have it set to only
show final and no markups?

Only by accepting/rejecting all changes in the document which finalizes the
revisions. Is there a reason you want to keep the tracked changes when you
post it on your portal?

Really the best method is to Accept All Changes in the document. Then
you won't accidentally be embarrassed by sharing information with
others.

You can set how documents open for YOU, but not for others. The default
is to show the markups.
