filtering

Not at all clear on where you are doing this...

Have you tried highlighting and pressing <Delete>?

When I am in the table and I click on filter by form, I go to the box that I
want to filter and the drop down box says "is null" or "is not null".......I
would like to change it to be a list of information that is already available
in that column. How do I change it so it will give me this information?
 
What happens if you start typing something you know is in the field?
