I am running Oulook 2003.
I would like to have all mail sent to my hard drive.
However, when I have my mail drive select as my default
folder (server sends mail to local), my calender is not
visible by others on the network.

So my default mail account was set back to server location
and our IT guys tell me I should manage my mail with
filters.... Know that we have server storage limits which
I find inhibitive.

Is there a way to filter or send all my mail to my local
drive without setting it as my default?

Thanks for yur help...

You can also create a rule which will move all your mail from the server to
a PST.
