filter: how to print filter list options in dropdown box

I want to print the list of options in my filter list, but do not see how to
print except for a print screen option. How can I print only the filter
options?
 
Is this referring to Data>Filter>Autofilter?

The list of options is what is in the column you select to filter.

Print that column only.

Not sure if it's the same but I actually want to screen dump the list of options to use in a tutorial. How do I take a screen dump after clicking the filter button? As soon as I use the Alt button the options disappear. I thought that I could use Cntl but that doesn't work,
